F.P. Coleman passed away 07/25/1982
The funeral service of Fuller Price Coleman, 65, of 1507 Eager Ave., who
died Saturday,
will be conducted at 4 p.m. Monday at Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Directors
here with
internment with full military honors in Floral Memory Gardens.
A native of Colquitt County, Mr. Coleman had lived in Albany 25 years.
He was a
member of the A.A.R.P., T.R.E.A. and American Legion Post 30. he served
in the Air
Force 20 years before retiring as a staff sergeant in 1966. He was also
retired from
Albany Brake Supply.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Finger Coleman of Albany; a daughter,
Rena White of
South Port, England; three stepdaughters, Dorothy Mathis and Brenda
Gailey, both of
Albany, and Laverne Chancy of Houston, Texas; two stepsons, Billy Mathis
and Lee
Mathis, both of Albany, a brother, James Coleman of Charlotte, N.C.; two
sisters, Margie
Frosteg of Pelham, Mary Ann Chambers of Kingsport, TN.; 18 grandchildren
and nine
great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral hone from 4 p.m. until 6
p.m. today.
