    William Bagley app. Guar. of Joanna, Mary M., Martha C. and Georgia M,
Howard, orphans of George Howard dec'd. also Sarah J. Walters (wife of Franklin
Walters) and Nancy E. Howard orphans of above dec'd., signified their choice of
Wm. Bagley as Guar. (bond $10,000.00); Whittington Horn and Nimrod N. Howard,
