   Agnes Clyatt
   Waycross
      Agnes Fleming Clyatt, 90, died Friday, May 22, 1998.
      A native of Mitchell County, Mrs. Clyatt was a daughter of the late
   Lonnie Columbus and Mary Elizabeth Fleming. She was preceded in death
   by a daughter, Angela C. Fausett. She lived in Albany for over 50
   years before moving to the Baptist Village in 1996. Mrs. Clyatt was a
   very active member of First Baptist Church, serving as president of
   the WMU and as an adult Sunday school class teacher. She was also a
   retired school teacher, having taught Latin at Albany High School and
   Riverview Academy. She attended Shorter College and Valdosta State
   College. Mrs. Clyatt was a member of the Daffodil Garden Club, the
   United Daughters of the Confederacy, and the Daughters of the American
   Revolution.
      Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church,
   Albany, with Dr. James M. Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in Mount
   Enon Cemetery, Baconton.
      Survivors include her husband, Lamar Clyatt; a daughter, Cynthia C.
   Ferguson, Athens; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund,
   400 Pine Ave., Albany, or to the Mount Enon Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box
   250, Baconton, Ga., 31716.
      Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Directors, Albany, is in charge of
   arrangements.
   Lucille King
   Stone Mountain
      Lucille C. King, 77, died Friday, May 22, 1998.
      Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Wages & Sons Chapel,
   Stone Mountain, with the Rev. Alton Hardy officiating. Burial will be
   in Green Meadow Memorial Garden.
      Survivors include two daughters, Shirley K. Plowman, Covington, and
   Margaret K. Rowland, Conyers; a son, Douglas G. King, Athens; four
   sisters, Louise King, Anderson, S.C., Ressie Powell, Charleston, S.C.,
   Elise Whittle, Westminster, S.C., and Helen Russo, Calif.; a brother,
   Frank D. Certain, Walhalla, S.C.; and five grandchildren and eight
   great-grandchildren.
   Anna Belle Studdard
   Jefferson
      Anna Belle Studdard, 89, of Fairlane Drive died Friday, May 22,
   1998.
      A native of Jackson County, Mrs. Studdard was a daughter of the
   late R.D. Lyle and Ella Elizabeth Mauldin Lyle. She was retired from
   Fambrough Dry Cleaners in Monroe and was a member of First United
   Methodist Church, Jefferson.
      Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. today at Jackson Funeral Home,
   Jefferson, with the Rev. Hulon Hill officiating. Burial will be in
   Jackson Memorial Gardens.
      Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
      Pallbearers will be Andy Garrison, Wayne Garrison, Carl Loggins,
   Hope Loggins, Brad Loggins, Jon Loggins, Ed Harris, Chip Fuller and
   Benjamin Fuller.
      The family is at the residence of Deloris Garrison, 83 Dickson
   Circle, Jefferson.
   Malinda Whisenant
   Forest Park
      Malinda Gay McDaniel Whisenant, 53, of 4524 Hendrix Drive died
   Friday, May 22, 1998.
      A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Whisenant was a daughter of Gennell
   Bridges McDaniel Goodrum of Athens and the late William R. 'Mac'
   McDaniel Sr. She had lived in the Forest Park area for the past three
   years, having moved from Athens. Mrs. Whisenant was a homemaker and a
   member of the First Baptist Church of Conley. While living in Athens
   she worked for Athens-Clarke County vehicle maintenance and was a
   member of Edwards Chapel.
      Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today at Edwards Chapel with the
   Revs. Jeff McBurnett and Jack Segars officiating. Burial will be in
   Evergreen Cemetery.
      In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Edwin
   Whisenant; a stepdaughter, Christal Gale Whisenant McDaniel,
   Danielsville; a stepson, Edwin Malcolm Whisenant, Ila; her stepfather,
   James Goodrum, Athens; three sisters, Darinda M. Waters, Watkinsville,
   and Sandra M. Gregory and Deborah M. Shelnutt, both of Athens; a
   brother, William R. McDaniel Jr., Athens; and several nieces and
   nephews.
      Pallbearers will be Charles S. Gregory, William Jason Brown, E. Mac
   Whisenant, William R. McDaniel III, D. Stephen Taylor III and Craig E.
   McDaniel.
      Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, West, is in charge of arrangements.
