Last Will and Testament

       I, Fidelia Smith of Kiantone, County of Chautauqua and State of New
York, do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in
manner and form following, that is to say:

First, I direct the payment of my just debts, if any, and my funeral expenses.

Second, I will and bequeath to Willard Walker, my half-brother, Twenty
Dollars.  

Third, I will and bequeath to Bessie G. Smith, the daughter of Leroy and Ida
E. Smith, the house and lot owned by me, situated in the town of Kiantone, on
lot 11, Town 1, Range 11, containing Fifty square rods of land.  Also, all of
my personal estate consisting of Household goods, clothing, notes, money or
securities whatever they may be, to be for her sole use and benefit. 

Likewise, I make constitute and appoint Theodore Frank of the City of
Jamestown, N.Y. to be executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all former Wills by me made.

       In Witness there of, I here unto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal, the eighth day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand and eight
hundred and ninety two.

The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Fidelia Smith in our
presence, and acknowledged by her to each of us; and we at the same time
declared the above instrument is subscribed to be her last Will and Testament,
and we at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other,
do here sign as witnesses thereto.

Recorded the foregoing last Will and Testament of Fidelia Smith deceased and
compared  the same with the original Will this 28th day of July 1892.
