BEAN CEMETERY
Lincoln, Arkansas
Washington County

Bean Cemetery is located on Highway 62 in Lincoln, AR. It is located
directly off the highway, across the highway from the United
Pentecostal Church in Lincoln. There is a very small park across from
this church; the cemetery is beside (and behind) the park. There is an
arched gateway with a cross on top, reading "BEAN CEMETERY, Since
1874". There are many unmarked fieldstones in this cemetery, as well as
some damaged stones and metal markers. There are more unmarked/
unreadable stones than there are legible headstones. However, the
cemetery appears to still be in use, with burials as recent as 2001.
