ROBERT C. THOMAS

Robert Calhoun THOMAS, 88, of Little Rock, a former resident of Van Buren
County, died Friday, October 30.  Funeral was at 2 p.m.  Sunday at McNutt
Funeral Chapel in Conway.

He was a native of Higden.  He moved to Little Rock three years ago from Conway.
He was a member of Morganton Masonic Lodge and a Methodist.

Survivors include a son, Dr. Roy E. THOMAS of Illinois; five daughters, Mrs.
Clyde FLACK and MIss Robbie THOMAS of Little Rock, Miss Villa THOMAS of New
Mexico, Miss Zelda THOMAS of Oklahoma, and Mrs. Kate HARGIS of Kansas; a
brother, Frank THOMAS of Kansas; three sisters, Mrs. Mollie CAPLINGER of
Fordyce, Mrs. Lucy JOHNSON of Morganton and Mrs. Pearl WILLIAMS of California;
and five grandchildren.

Burial with masonic honors was at Crestlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Conway.
