SMITH, Sidney      DoB: 4/12/1949     DoD:  2/16/1995    Ref: 1995009

Mr. Sidney Smith died Thursday, Feb. 16, 1995, in Evanston, Ill. He was 45.
Mr. Smith was born April 12, 1949, in Widener.
Survivors include his father, Troy L. Smith of Forrest City; five brothers,
Eugene Smith and Michael Smith, both of Forrest City, Larry Smith of Wilmington,
Del., Walter Smith of Evanston, and Bobby Gregory of St. Louis; two sisters,
Mary L. Hambrick and Carolyn A. Smith, both of Forrest City; his grandmother,
Annie Smith of Forrest City and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 1995, at Salem M.B.
Church with Rev. Uzziah Duncan officiating.
Burial will be in Paradise Gardens Cemetery under the directin of Clay Funeral
Home.
The body will lie in state Friday, Feb. 24, from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the
Clay Funeral Home.
