CABOT -- Syble Inez Armstrong Colter, age 55, of Cabot passed away Thursday,
July 30, 1998.  She was a member of the Church of God in Austin and retired from
the Department of Human Services.  Preceded in death by two brothers, Elbert
Buddy Keathley and Ronnie Keathley.  Sheis survived by her husband, John Colter
of Cabot; son, Wendell Green of Cabot; three daughters, Patricia Hardenstine of
Etters, Pa., MaryHammett and Dianna Roe of Cabot; mother, Ruth Holmes of
Jacksonville; brother, Bobby Keathley of Jacksonville; nine sisters, Doris Cecil
of Philpot, Ky., Shirley Young of Ward, Tiny Hill of Warren, Patsy Kirsch of
Sherwood, Lenora Smith of Little Rock, Terry Scroggins of Harrison, Tanga Meyers
of Jacksonville, Nyanna Crow of Jacksonville, Katherine Simpson of Jacksonville;
and eight grandchildren.  Visitation is 10 a.m.until 9 p.m. today, Aug 3, 1998.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4,1998, at the Church of God in Austin.
Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery in Perryville.  Arrangements by Cabot Funeral
