Mary Sue Garrison Smith January 2000 The Jonesboro Sun

MRS SMITH
 Mary Sue Smith, 54, of Trumann, died Monday at St. Bernard's Regional
Medical Center in Jonesboro.  Born in Portersville, Missouri., she was 
a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal belief.
 Survivors include her husband, Gerald Allen Smith of the home; three
sons, Jimmy Allen Smith of Harrisburg, John Wayne Smith and Gerald Allen
Smith Jr , both of Trumann; five brothers, Bobby Garrison of Dyess,
George Garrison  and Eddie Garrison of Harrisburg, Harold Garrison of
Yazoo City, MS, and Kenneth Garrison of Blue Mountain, Miss.; seven
sisters, Betty Platt of Yazoo City, Bonnie Pulley of Rowlett, Texas,
Barbara Womble of Hughes, Helen Hancock, Shirley Carter and Peggy Hays,
all of Jonesboro, and Jenny Loven of Bay; and six grandchildren. She 
was preceded in death by her parents and by one brother.
 Funeral services will be at 2 Thursday afternoon in the Jackson's 
Funeral Home chapel in Harrisburg. Burial will follow in Holly Springs 
Cemetery.
 Visitation will be from 5 until 9 Wednesday evening at the funeral 
home.
