I John L. Moore an acting and duly commissioned Justice of the Peace in and for 
the County of Montgomery and State of Arkansas do hereby certify that on 28th. 
of March 1867 at the County of Montgomery Arkansas I did duly join in Marriage 
Jesse N. Hulsey of Montgomery and state of Arkansas aged 23 years and Rachel A. 
Hankins of the County of Montgomery and state of arkansas aged 18 years and 
then and there declared thim to be Husband and Wife Given under my hand this 
28th. day of March 1867.
