(Thomas Jefferson Feagen was son of David W. and Edna Geno Feagen.  He
was born in Tippah County, Miss.  He came to Arkansas with his
stepfather, Emanuel A. Mullikin, and half-brother, William Edward
Mullikin, and was raised in Feeneyville area. His father died in Civil
War and his mother died around 1865.  We do not know where he is buried,
but wanted to record his information.  He was husband of Frances Louisa
Blasengame, and they had 3 children, Edna Frances, Mattie Belle and
Thomas J.)
