Arthur W. Lee

Arthur W. Lee, 62, of Route 5, (Cottondale) died Saturday at his home. A
native of Damascus, he was a son of the late H.R. and Lillie Dauley Lee.
He was reared and educated at Sandtown and Willow Bend. He lived at
Perry for a number of years prior to moving to Pine Bluff in 1957. He
was a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of the Linwood Baptist
Church. Survivors include his wife, the former Loetta Powell, whom he
married in 1957 at Morrilton; two sons, Larry Rinehart of Covington,
Louisiana, and Don Rinehart of Eudora; three daughters, Mrs. Judy Clark
of Redfield, Mrs. Kaye McPherson of Grady and Joy Lee of Cottondale; two
brothers, Thorpe Lee of Atkins and Edmond Lee of Santa Maria,
California; three sisters, Mrs. Eunice Shaw of Dumas, Mrs. Laura Grabher
of Perry and Mrs. Isabelle Leftridge of Bonne Terre, Missouri; and five
grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at
Ralph Robinson & Son Mortuary by Reverend Ed Ramsey and Reverend Joel
Meredith. Burial will be in Bellwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be
Wilson C. Driskell, Doler Merritt, Mate Bitely, Stanley Bitely, Bill
Miles, Fred Swayzy, Beryl Bitely, M.H.  Bitely III and Wayne Mitchell.
