Robert Clark

Robert E. (Elvis) Clark, Sr., 80, of Redfield, died Sunday at Doctors
Hospital. He was born at Bryans Mill, Texas and was reared and received
his early education near Antlers, Oklahoma. He attended a bookkeeping
school at Ugo, Oklahoma. He was a resident of Dallas and McGregor, Texas
for more than 40 years. He was a sheet metal worker at McMath Axlerod
Company before he retired and moved to Redfield 10 years ago. He was a
member of Redfield Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include two
sons, Robert Elvis Clark, Jr. and Charles David Clark, both of Redfield;
a brother, Ivan Clark of Bakersfield, California; five sisters, Mrs.
Leona Lawless of Antlers, Oklahoma, Mrs. Wilma Ogilvie of Burlingame,
California, Mrs. Sue Mason and Mrs. Mildred Miller, both of Dallas, and
Mrs. Christine Chaney of Oxnard, California; three grandchildren; and
four great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m.
Tuesday at Redfield Missionary Baptist Church by Reverend John Mooney.
Burial will be in Redfield Cemetery by Ralph Robinson & Son Mortuary. 
Pallbearers will be Charles Croy, Hollie Liles, F.E. Beitz, Wymath
Wyatt, Graham Morrison, Clarence Robinson, Ray Perkins and R.L. Hopper.
