			MRS. ELVIE SMITH

Mrs. Evie Smith of Amagon died Tuesday 11-21-1972 in a nursing home of 
Jonesboro at the age of 80. She was born 3-30-1892 in Jackson Co. She 
was a Baptist.

Survivors include four sons Eulin Smith of RT 1 Tyronza, Walter Smith of
DeValls Bluff., Ralph Smith of Hickory Ridge, and Huie Smith Jr. of Des 
Arc, daughter Mrs Peggy Ingle of Carlise.

Six Daughters Mrs Susie Waddle of Amagon,  Mrs Edna Sharp of Smithville,
Mrs Cora Hogland of California, Mrs Ina Osborne of Michigan, Mrs Louise 
King Of Beedeville, Mrs Floylee Watkins of Michigan, one brother Ben Parker
of Newport; several grandchildren.
 
Services will be held Sat. 11-25-1972 at 11 a.m. at Amagon Baptist Church.
Burrial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Dillinger Funeral Home in charge.
