January 17, 1949-April 9, 2000
Samuel Wayne Dyer, 51, of Minden Louisiana
  Died April 9. He had been battling cancer for the last few years. 
Mr. Dyer was a retired Farmer and Pulpwood Cutter. Samuel Wayne Dyer 
was born in Newport Arkansas January 17 1949, to Orvil Clyde Dyer and 
Elsie Lorrine Butts -Dyer.
  Survivors include his wife, Shirley Diana Jimerson-Dyer; one daughter,
Lorine Audrey Dyer both of the home; one brother, Ronnie Orville Dyer 
of Magnolia Arkansas; two sisters, Lauril Genette Vandiver of Amagon
Arkansas and Betty Jane Kimberling of Diaz Arkansas; six nieces and six
Nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews.
  Samuel Dyer precedes both of his parents in death.
  Visitation will be January 11, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Graveside services
will be held on January 12, at 2 p.m. at the Mount Zion Cemetery in
Minden Louisiana.
