"This cemetery is located in the northeast quarter of section 23 in
township 10 north, range 2 west.  The are in which it is located was
originally known as Bowen's Ridge, and the first post office in the area
was know as Bowen's Ridge.  The name was later changed to Layton.  The
area is now known as Blackville.  The cemetery is on the west side of
Arkansas Highway 145.  (This cemetery has been referred to as the 
Bowen's Ridge Cemetery and the Layton Cemetery.)"
