JOSEPH T. CLEMENT
HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- Joseph Taylor Clement, 71, of Hot Springs Village died
Wednesday, April 24, 2002, in a Hot Springs hospital.
Born Jan. 20, 1931, at Washington, D. C., to Joseph Taylor and Vilma Wallace
Clement. He received a master’s degree in engineering from Indiana University, 
was a retired president of Ingersol-Rand/Division of Lee Norse Co., West Point 
graduate, U. S. Army Korean War veteran, Episcopalian and member of Society of 
the Cincinnati of Virginia Division and Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
Survivors include his wife, Irmgard von Roeskam-Witz Clement of Hot Springs
Village; and one son, Mark Taylor Clement of North Little Rock.
The service will be 2 p.m. Monday in CedarVale Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in CedarVale Cemetery.

DEANDRA L. CRAIN
GLENWOOD --The service for Deandra L. Crain, 23, of Glenwood, who died
Wednesday, April 24, 2002, will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Glenwood First Baptist 
Church with the Rev. Erby Burgess officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jake Hargrove, Matthew McAnally, Mitch Brown, Benji
Shields, Wesley Pinson, Mike Partee, Brendon Glasspool and Brandon Garrett.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today.
Burial will be in Mount Tabor Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Diamond bank, Makinleigh
Crain-Davis Trust Fund; or Glenwood First Baptist Church Building Fund, both in 
care of Carmel Miles, P. O. Box 262, Glenwood, Arkansas 771943.

BEN F. GARNER
MILFORD, NEBRASKA, -- Ben F. “Cotton” Garner, 73, of Milford, Nebraska, died
Thursday, April 25, 2002, in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Born in Amity to J. Claude and Neva Ann Dafford Garner, he was retired from the
U. S. Navy, a Centel Corp. accountant and member of Fleet Reserve Association
and American Cribbage Congress. He was predeceased by five brothers, Earl 
Garner, Clyde Garner, Willard Garner, Pat Garner and Charles Garner; and one 
sister, Sue Thomason.
Survivors include his wife, Lila Garner; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tom and
Sue Garner of Milford and Bob and Sally Garner of Severna Park, Maryland; four 
grandchildren, Brandon Garner, Lauren Garner, Jacob Garner, and Joe Garner; one 
brother and three sisters-in-law, Vance and Pauline Garner of Lompoc, 
California, Mary Garner of Fresno, California, and Doris Mae Garner of Fort 
Worth, Texas; one sister, Lottie Petifer of Amity’ nieces; and nephews.
The service will be 1 p.m. Monday in Seward Cemetery, Seward, Nebraska.
The body will be cremated.
Memorials may be made to the family.
