SEARCY -- Austin-Marvin Elmo Gunter, 86, of Searcy died Saturday, March 26,
1994.
A retired grocer, he was the son of Oliver Perry Gunter & Ora Simmons
Gunter.  He was predeceased by his wife, Laverne Rankin Gunter.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Gunter Magby of Sherwood and Gayle
Gunter Rule of Little Rock; five grandchildren, Maribeth Magby, Kathleen
Rule Steinbeck and John Rule Jr., all of Little Rock, Mark Allan Magby of
Sherwood and Michael W. Magby of Memphis, Tennessee; and one great-
granddaughter, Madeline Ann Steinbeck of Little Rock.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Sixteenth Section Cemetery under the
direction of roller-Daniel Funeral Home of Searcy.    Visitation will be
from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
Memorials may be made to the Sixteenth Section Cemetery fund.
