MRS. MATTIE B. DAVIS

Mrs. Mattie B. Davis, 95, died Thurs. morning at
the home of her daughter, mrs. Myrtle Smith, 218
Claremont.

She was born in Louisiana on July 10, 1862 and has
resided in Hot Springs for five years.

Besides the daughter with whom she lived, she is
survived by two other daughters, mrs. mary Ward and
Mrs. Madge Miller, both of Hot Springs; one son, Fred
Davis, Hot Springs; 11 grandchildren; and 24
great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be
announced later by Caruth Funeral Home.
