LULABELL A. DEAN
OKMULGEE, OKLAHOMA -- Lula Bell Agnes Dean, 62, of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, formerly 
of Hot Springs, died Sunday, April 16, 1995, in Henryetta, Okalahoma.
She was born Nov. 8, 1932, in Burnwell, Alabama. She was a homemaker and 
Pentecostal.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse Dean of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; two daughters, 
Agnus Pizzolato and her husband, Carlo, of Okmulgee and Mary Hawkins and her 
husband, Harley, of Hot Springs; a son, Allen Ray Dean of Utah; a sister, 
Versie Freeman of Vidor, Texas; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Oak hill Cemetery with the Rev. Lewin 
Newcomb officiating.
Arrangements are by Kell__? Looks like it could be Keller or Kellon ????
