Note:  The newspaper erroneously listed her surname as Hansen.  It was
Hanson.  Her middle was also misspelled.  It should be been Francis.

Mrs. J. F. Hansen Called By Death
Mrs. Julia Frances Hansen, 79, of 506 East Matthews died at her home
Wednesday at 8:05 p.m.  She was a lifelong resident of Jonesboro and
was a member of the Methodist Church.

Surviving are three sons, Floyd and Aubrey Hanson of Jonesboro and
James Hanson of Memphis; a daughter, Mrs. Irene Smith of Jonesboro; two
brothers, Milas and William Hendrix of Bono; a sister, Pearl Hendrix of
Bay; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at the Bible Hour Tabernacle Friday at 1 p.m.
with interment at the Union Grove Cemetery, with Gregg Funeral Home in
charge.  Rev. Clarence Craine will conduct the services, assisted by
Rev. Russell Hamm.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Hanson, Vondas Smith, Johnny Smith, O'Neil
Smith, John E. Hanson, and Charles Whitehead.
