		W. T. Baird died October 25th

  W. T. Baird died October 25th at Whelen Springs. He was a member of the 
Baptist Church of Wolfe City, Tx.
  Mr. Baird is survived by seven children: Raymond of Rohwer, Mrs. Leonard
Foyil of Gurdon, Mrs. Hardy Hughes of Whelen Springs, Mrs. Carl Bolt of 
Artesia, N.M., Mrs Louis Zinn of McLeansboro, Ill., Charley of Oklahoma 
City, James of McLeansboro, Ill., four brothers, one sister, and twenty 
grandchildren.
  Funeral services were held at Smyrna Church by Rev. Moore, pastor of 
Whelen Springs Baptist Church. Interment was in the Smyrna Cemetery.
