INTHE BENTON COUNTY CHANCERY COURT, IN PROBATE
In the Matter of the Estate
of John C. Haynie, Deceased
ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR'S FEES
     On this 23rd day of December, 1914, is presented to the Court the 
Petition
of Russell Elrod, as Administrator with the Will annexed, of the Estate 
of John
C. Haynie, Deceased, for allowance and authority to pay to himself as
Administrator with the Will annexed of said Estate, fees for his 
services and
risk as such Administrator and from the evidence ______ the Court finds that
there has come to the hands of said Administrtor the sum of $3345.00; 
that the
statutory rate allowed an administrator on said sum is $217.15.
     IT IS THEREFORE, BY THE COURT ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED That Russell
Elrod, as Administrator with the Will annexed of the Estate of John C. 
Haynie,
Deceased, pay to himself for his services and risk the sum of $217.15 as 
payment
in full for his services herein.
