  Funeral services for Syble Willia White, 77, of Warren were held Friday,
June 27, at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren with
the Revs. Michael Griffith and Larry Donaldson officiating.
  Mrs. White died Tuesday, June 24, at Wagnon Place Nursing Center.
  A native of Arkadelphia, she was a Baptist and a homemaker.
  Survivors include her husband, Benjamin Prentiss White; one son, John D.
White of Austin, Texas; two daughters, Sherry White of Warren and Susie
Knight of Hamburg; three step-sons, Bobby White of Crossett, Henry "Shorty"
White of Stuttgart and Don White of Hampton; one step-daughter, AnnAdams of
Festus, Mo.; one brother, Roy Joe Phillips of Hot Springs; three sisters,
Zelma Alexander of Little Rock, Sally Bostwick of Coyle, Okla. and Lorene
Overstreet of Williamson, Ga.; six grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren
and one great grandchild.
  She was preceded in deathby a son, Richard "Buddy" White.
  Pallbearers were Lewis Smith, James Kitchens, Bill White, Jackie
Williams, David Williams and Don Baker.
