TAVARES JENKINS

  Funeral services for Tavares Montrel Jenkins, 20, of Wilmot were held Monday, 
July 14, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Wilmot with the Rev. J. D. Crockett 
officiating.  Burial was at Jim Smith Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell 
Funeral Home of Hamburg.
  Mr. Jenkins died tuesday, July 8, at his residence.
  A native of Ashley County, he was a 1995 graduate of Hamburg High School and a 
member of First Baptist Church of Hamburg.
  Survivors include his mother and step-father, Charles and Verlinda Kitchen; father, 
Lee Edward Brown, all of Wilmot; and one step-brother, Robert Charles Kitchen of 
Wilmot.
  Pallbearers were Bill Kitchen, Carlos Bass, Nathan Whitaker, Charles Raino, 
Cleveland Parker and Robert E. "Rocky" Kitchen.
  Honorary pallbearers were members of the Class of 1995 of Hamburg High School.
