And now on this day the Account Current of John Wallace heretofore filed and
continued coming up for approval and confirmation, no exception being filed
thereto or to any item thereof, the Court proceeded carefully to examine the
same and doth find that said administrator stands justly charged on said account
with the sum of four thousand three hundred and ninety three dollars and two
cents ($4,393.02) and is entitled to credit on various accounts amounting to the
sum of two thousand eight hundred and one dollars ($3,801.00) and doth allow
said administrator for his risk and trouble in attending to said administrations
the sum of forty three dollars and ninety cents being commissioned the sum of
four hundred and thirty nine dollars and five cents at the rate of ten per cents
which said administrator is entitled of two thousand eight hundred and forty
four dollars and ninety cents which deducted from said sum of four thousand
three hundred and ninety three dollars and two cents there is remaining in the
hands of said administrator the sum of one thousand five hundred and forty
dollars and twelve cents to be distributed.  And the said administrator is
ordered and directed to pay over to the distributees of said Estate the sum and
said account is approved and confirmed and directed to be spread at length upon
the means of Administrative Accounts.

Judge whereof the said Joseph R. Ward died.  Seized and possessed of certain
real Estate, slaves and personal property and whereof the Personal Property is
liable to depreciate in value and run to waste to the injury of the Estate and
detriment of the heirs.  Before the Honorable court can hold its regular term;
that Joseph P. dean who at the request of the heirs has taken out letters of
