said Estate in the sum of five thousand nine hundred and seventy nine dollars
and sixty eight cents ($5,979.58) and is entitled to credits amounting to five
thousand and fifty one dollars and forty eight cents ($5,051.48) and doth allows
said administration eight per cent on the sum of one thousand dollars and
seventy nine dollars and sixty eight cents ($3,579.68) the balance of assists
as charged in said account after deducting the sum of one thousand
four hundred dollars ($1,400) amount of Laura M. Sevens entered in the Slaves
appraised by way of commission for their trouble and risk in attending to the
settlement of said Estate which commission amounting to the sum of two hundred
fifty eight dollars, and seventy eight cents ($258.78) which sum of two hundred
and fifty eight dollars and seventy eight cents, added to the sum of four
thousand to the said sum of five thousand and fifty one dollars and sixty eight
cents makes the sum of five thousand three hundred and ten dollars and twenty
six cents ($5,310.26) . Whole amounts of credit due said administration to be
deducted from said sum of five thousand nine hundred and seventy nine dollars
and sixty eight cents ($5, 979.68) which being so deducted leaves the sum of six
