"So I report that the Estate of said Ward is indebted to me in the sum of forty
four 62/100 dollars as of date 10st January 1858. And on which sum I claim
interest. The first in come to the Estate in Arkansas is the hire of the hire
of the negroes for the current year not due till the end of the year of all
which I will report in my settlement for said year all which is submitted April

true copy was filed in my office on the 26 day of April 1858. And the same was
on the 28 day of July 1858 examined by the Court and in all things confirmed And
