Betty Jean Isaacs
BETTY  JEAN ISAACS, a resident of Green Forest was born Sept. 5, 
1930 in Nashville, Tenn., a daughter of Eugene and Lena Moreland. 
She died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004, in Berryville at the age of 73.
Mrs. Isaacs attended the Church of Christ in Green Forest 
and was employed by Tyson Foods in Berryville.

	
In 1977 she was united in marriage with Garland Isaacs who 
survives her of the home. She is also survived by six sons, 
Paul Allen of Tennessee, Terry Allen of Florida, Tommy 
Conner of Berryville, Darrell Isaacs of Missouri, Justin 
Isaacs of Missouri, and Allen Joseph of Kansas: seven 
daughters, Shirley Anderson of Tennessee, Pattie Spain of 
Tennessee, Carolyn Hicks of Florida and Barbara Goforth of 
Berryville: two brothers, Buford Moreland and  Donnie Moreland, 
both of Tennessee: one sister, Louise Tonney of Tennessee: 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchldren; several nieces, nephews, 
other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one 
sister and a granddaughter, Sarah Goforth.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Jan. 8, 2004 at the Charles
 M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dean Smith officiating. 
Interment followed at Gobbler Cemetery under the direction of 
Nelson Funeral Service.
