From the Everett Herald, 1969. 

Henry S. Smith, 86 of 405 Lincoln St., Snohomish, died Feb 27 in Monroe.

Born Sept. 30, in Mountainview, Missouri, he had lived in Snohomish for many
years.  He was a member of the Snohomish Lodge 12, IOOF and the Snohomish
First Methodist Church.

He leaves a son, Harry J Smith of Snohomish, three daughters, Mrs. Ted Smith
of Seattle, Mrs. Clyde Wilson of Everett and Mrs. John Duckering of Seattle;
six grand children, eight great-grand children; a brother, Al Smith of Ukiah,
California.

Services: Monday, 1 p.m. chapel of Purdy and dawson Funeral Home with Rev.
Robert Calkins officiating; burial, GAR Cemetery.
