Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2003, at his residence.
    Funeral arrangements will be announced by Weaver Funeral Home.

Lewis R. Smith
    Lewis Raven Smith, 41, of 138 Mapleview Road, Bristol, Tenn., died
Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2003, at his residence. He was a native of Bristol and son
of Lewis and Mildred "Micky" Nixon Smith. He was a member of Shakesville
Community Church.
    Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Stiltner Smith; daughter, Nicole Smith;
son, Stephen Smith; grandchildren, Johnathan, Bradley and McKenzee; sisters,
Terry Peters, Pam Smith and Linda Dowell; and brother, David Smith. Also
surviving are several nieces and nephews. 
    He was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Renee Smith.
    He will be loved and truly missed by all.
    Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. James Gentry and Rev. Jimmy Epperson officiating. Burial will follow
in Tri-Cities Memory Gardens. Pallbearers: Justin Smith, Stephen Smith, Joey
Saults, Chris Peters, Jason Booher and Herb Dunn. Honorary pallbearers: Paul
Dowell, Daniel Griffith and Charlie Stiltner Jr. The family will receive
friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday in Weaver Funeral Home.
    Weaver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Gentry and Rev. Jimmy Epperson
officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memory Gardens. Pallbearers
include Justin Smith, Stephen Smith, Joey Saults, Chris Peters, Jason Booher
and Herb Dunn. Honorary pallbearers: Paul Dowell, Daniel Griffith and Charlie
Stiltner Jr.
