Kemp decd make solemn oath that the above account and the schedules herein refered to, contains a true and correct account of the said estate as I verily believe James Stout Sworn to and subscribed before me this 13th day of June 1859. L. D. Willard P.J. Probate Court Office Fayette County, June 13, 1859 In the matter of John N. Kemp's James Stout administrator of the estate of John N. Kemp decd. this day presents his accounts & vouchers for settlement. And the court find that he has recd from the assets of said estate, the sum of $1330.54. That he has expended in costs of administration $93.94. In the payment of the debts of the estate $755.87 and that a remainder of $480.73 is in his hands. Ordered that he distribute the sum according to law, and that his settlement be recorded. L. D. Willard, P. J. ****** Transcriber's notes: N Fetty is Nimrod Fetty, John Kemp's niece's (Harriet Kemp) husband. Elizabeth Kemp is John's mother, who would be 63 yrs old in 1856. Parkerson Longerbone is John's brother-in-law. Ann Scott is Ann (Taylor) Longerbone, John's mother-in-law, who remarried to Joseph Scott in 1826.
