Cuyahoga County      In the Probate Court
Estate of Henry Sehlmeier deceased.  Application for Letters of
Administration.

To the Honorable the Judge of the Probate Court:
 The undersigned herby makes application to be appointed as administrator of
the estate of Henry Sehlmeier late of the Village of Rockport in said county,
deceased, and on oath states that said Henry Sehlmeyer died on or about the 13
day of December 1909 testate, leaving widow and the following named persons
his
next of kin:

Julia Sehlmeyer        wife     3271 W. 54th St. City
Herman H. Sehlmeyer    son      West Park, O.
Katie Sehlmeyer        daughter 3271 W. 54th St. City
Mary Munck             daughter 3271 W. 54th St. City

Applicant further states that there is not to his knowledge any last will and
testament of said decedent in existance. That the whole personal estate of
said
decedent consists of household goods the probable value of which will not
exceed $50.00.  The real estate of said decedent consists of 1/2 interest in a
vacant lot West Park, O, $300.00 the probable value of which will not exceed
$300.00, and that the amount of indebtness the deceased had against this
applicant is nothing.

Sworn to before me and signed in my presence, this 11th day of October 1910.

The undersigned, the widow, husband, and heirs at law of said Henry Sehlmeier
hereby decline to accept the trust of administering upon his estate, and
suggest the appointment of Geo. C. Lang as administrator.

Now comes Geo. C. Lang
of the Estate of Henry Sehlmeier
deceased, and respectfully represents to the Court that through inadvertence
and mistake, he failed to give notice of his appointment as such, within the
time required for that purpose by law.  He therefore prays that he may be
authorized to give such notice now, and that he be permitted to perpetuate the
evidence of the publication of the same, as if such notice had been given
within the legal period aforesaid.
