The following info taken from a photo copy of pg 257 of filed court records, 
seen at the Lima Courthouse archives abt 1985. Guardianship and Bond posted, 
word for word.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, HENRY STULL, JOSEPH STULL AND FREDERICK GRATZ, Of the County of 
Allen and the State of Ohio, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Ohio 
in the penal sum of Seven Hundred Dollars, for the payment of which we hereby 
jointly and severally bind ourselves, our Heirs, Executors and Administrators 
firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals, and dated this 20th day of 
March, A.D., 1871.
Whereas, the above bound Henry Stull has been duly appointed by the Court of 
Probate of Allen County Ohio, Guardian of  the person and estate of Mary Ann 
Marchand aged 13 years on the 20th day of November, A.D. 1870 and David 
Marchand aged 12 on the 4th day of June A.D. 1871.
minor children of Edward Marchand, alias Edward Leiber.
Now the condition of the above obligation is such, that if the said Henry 
Stull, shall discharge with fidelity the trust reposed in him and render an 
accurate statement of his transactions and a just account of the profit 
arising and accruing from the real and personal estate of his said ward, and 
deliver up the same to the Court when thereto required, then the above 
obligation to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue in
