		 Last Will and Testament of JACOB BOOP.

JACOB BOOP, the son of JOHN BUB was born 14 Sept 1826 in Union County, 
PA. Died 22 Oct 1904 in Richardson County, NE.
 
I, JACOB BOOP, of the City of Humboldt, County of Richardson and State 
of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory do make, publicize and 
declare this to be my last will and testament, in manner and form as 
follows:

First. I direct my funeral charges and the expenses of my last sickness
and all other just debts be first paid out of my estate.

Second. I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter LAURA the sum of 
One Thousand Dollars, together with all furniture, beds, bedding, stoves,
kitchen furniture and utensils of whatsoever kind. All subsequent bequests 
herein shall be limited and subservient to the forgoing.

Third. I further bequeath to my beloved sons and daughters, towit, 
EDWIN T BOOP, JOHN W BOOP, MARY A CHENEY ne BOOP and MARTIN L BOOP and 
to the heirs of SARAH C DAVIS ne BOOP as one child, share and share 
alike of what ever may be left of my estate after item One and Two 
forgoing have been fully complied with and carried out as therein 
directed save the some of One Dollar as provided for in Item Four 
hereinafter.

Fourth. I further give and bequeath to my beloved son JAMES E BOOP
the sum of One Dollar to be paid out of my estate subject only to 
the forgoing provisions and directions.
     
Fifth. I hereby appoint, nominate and request my long time friend 
J.F. Walsh to act as executor of this my last will and testament, 
his said office to be filled without bonds.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this third 
day of December 1903, at Humboldt, Nebraska.

	We, whose names are subscribed hereunto, do hereby certify that 
the testator Jacob Boop, subscribed his name to this instrument in our 
presence and in the presence of each of us, and declared at the same 
time in our presence and hearing, that this instrument was his last will 
and testament, and we at his request sign our names hereunto in his 
presence as attesting witnesses.
	Dated at Humboldt, Nebr. this 3rd day of December, 1903

Richardson County     /  In the County Court of said County.
	On this first day of December, 1904, the within and foregoing 
last will and testament of JACOB BOOP, late of said County, deceased, 
was duly proced before me , J.R. Wilhite, Judge of said County Court, 
according to law as the last will and testament of the real and personal 
estate of said deceased and the same was duly admitted to probate, and 
duly recorded in this office. 
	In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed 
the seal of said Court, the day and the year last above written.

Filed, Proved and the Probate _____Granted as the Last Will and Testament 
of JACOB BOOP, deceased. December 1st, 1904.

The executor has in his possession a residue belonding to said estate
the sum of -------------------------------------------$3782.91 in cash.
Court costs and printers fees----------------------------51.05
Leaving in executors hands a net residue, for 
distribution, of the sum of----------------------------3731.86

	It is therefore considered and ordered that the said sum of
$3731.86 now in the hands of said executor J.F. Walsh, be assigned and
set over to the above named children and grandchildren of said deceased
testator and that the same be paid to them by said executor as follows:

		To Laura A. Boop the sum of		$1000.00
		To James E. Boop the sum of		    1.00
		To Aranintha (Mary) Chaney the sum of     546.17
		To John W. Boop the sum of 		  546.17
		To Martin L. Boop the sum of              546.17

	To the Guardian of William Boop the sum of         78.02
	To the Guardian of Edna Boop the sum of            78.02
	To the Guardian of Elsie Boop the sum of           78.02

	It is further ordered that upon the payment of the costs and
printers fee and the filing of the proper voucher for the distribution
of said residue according to the order of the Court herein and the
approval thereof by the court said executor will be discharged.
