MARTIN LUTHER BOOP, son of JACOB BOOP and ELIZA (TIBBENS) BOOP, was 
born in Union County, PA. 7 Apr 1858. Martin lived in Richardson Co.
from 1870 to 1906, Furnas Co. 1906 until death, 1934.

       May 3. 1935, the Petition of W.F. BOOP, administrator of the
estate of MARTIN L. BOOP, deceased, for Final Settlement, came on for
hearing.
       The court finds, that all costs of administration and claims
against said estate have been paid; that said estate is not liable for
an inheritance or estate tax; that there is no personal property on
hand for distribution; that the report of the administrator should be
approved; that the said MARTIN L. BOOP, deceased, died on the 22nd day
of October, 1934, intestate, leaving surviving him as his only heirs
at law; MARVIN T. BOOP and WILLIAM F. BOOP, sons, CARRIE SCHEIDEGGER,
PEARL THOMAS, EDITH SCHEIDEGGER, LILLY MEYERS, OLLIE WORRELL, MABLE
STREETEN and ELLEN HEDGES, daughters, and GUY BOOP and HAZEL HYKE,
grandchildren, children of a deceased son of said MARTIN L. BOOP,
deceased and seized in fee of the southwest quarter (SW1/4) of section
one (1), township two (2) north, range twenty-three (23) west of the
sixth principal meridian, Furnas County, Nebraska.

       It is therefore ordered by the Court that the report of
W.F. BOOP, administrater be approved, that the said estate is not liable
for an inheritance or estate tax; that the said eatate has been fully
administered; and that an undivided one-tenth of the above described
real estate be assigned to the said Marvin T. Boop, William F. Boop, 
Carrie Scheidegger, Edith Scheidegger, Pearl Thomas, Lillie Meyers, 
Ollie Worrell, Mable Streeten and Ellen Hodges, and an undivided one-
twentieth thereof to Guy Boop and Hazel Hyke, as tennants in common.
