          Francis E. Winkworth

BELDING - Francis E. Winkworth, 61, died Monday in Grand Rapids.

He was born in Langston June 24, 1914, and had lived at 527 Howard, Belding, he 
was employed by a Belding firm.

A veteran of World War II he was a member of the Hugo-Fales post of American 
Legion and was past commander of the Olsen-Kiste Veterans of Foreign Wars post.

Among his survivors are his wife, Thelma; daughter, Mrs.Betty Smith of 
Ridgefield, Conn., and six grandchildren.

Services will be Thursday at 1:30PM at he Huffman Funeral Home in Belding. 
Rev.Wilford Wood will officiate assisted by the Olsen Kiste VFW post. Interment 
will be at River Ridge Cemetery.
