DIRECTIONS: From Dade City, travel south on Fort King Road to Fairview 
Heights Road, turn right and drive up a slight incline through an open gate 
and an avenue of young oak trees. The cemetery is less than a 1/4 mile and 
behind a chain link fence and a wrought iron gate. The grounds are nicely
maintained. After your visit kindly close the gate behind you.
 
A commemorative Monument reads: Smith. In the early 1800's, William and Sarah, 
parents of William, John, Allen, Sara, Andrew, James C. Elisha, Carolyn, Willis, 
Francis, Elizabeth Mariann, Elisha. This burial plot was given by James Smith 
to be used solely by the Smith family and their heirs.

2001.
