Louise Marie Antonia Woldecke Hornsby

Louise Marie Antonia Woldecke Hornsby, 87, of Amarillo died Sunday, Nov. 5,
2006.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Llano Cemetery with the Rev.
George Patrick, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Arrangements are by
Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St.

Louise Marie Antonia Woldecke Hornsby was born March 5, 1919, in Dresden,
Germany. She studied music under Professor Kruegel, music instructor to the
royal family. Louise was an accomplished opera singer. She performed on stage,
starring in many productions like "der Fledermaus" and "Madame Butterfly."

During World War II, Louise escaped to West Berlin, eventually arriving in
Kitzingen on the Main River. There she met her soon-to-be husband, Ed, who was
stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army. Ed enlisted the help of then-senator
Lyndon B. Johnson so he and Louise could be married. On Dec. 3, 1955, in
Kitzingen, they had two wedding ceremonies, one in English and one in German.
They moved to Columbus, Ga., where they operated a mom and pop grocery store.

In 1966 they moved to Amarillo, and in 1980 opened Ed's Lock & Key. Louise
worked with Ed until she retired. She continued to enjoy classical music,
playing the piano, painting and caring for "Tex," her husband of 52 years.

Survivors include her husband Ed J. Hornsby; a sister, Karola Sontag of
Tubingen, Germany; a niece, Carla Semineth of Trappstadt, Germany; and three
nephews, Peter Sontag of Tubingen, Deitmar Woldecke of Willow Grove, Pa., and
Reiner Woldecke of Philadelphia.

Billy Wayne Green

Billy Wayne Green, 60, of Amarillo died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006, in Mobile,
Ala.

Private family services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Pine
Crest Funeral Home.

Mr. Green was born Aug. 4, 1946, in Palestine to Odis Green and Dorothy Lee
Wyland. He had been an Amarillo resident since 1987 and a Texas resident for
life.

Survivors include his wife, Sharla Green; five children, Dolores Guvera of
Garland, James Odis Green, Larry Wayne Green and Jennifer Lea Gabehart, all of
Amarillo, and Letha Noella Wells; and 11 grandchildren.

Juana Douglas Jones

Juana Douglas Jones, 91, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Westminster Presbyterian Church
with the Rev. Jeff Conway officiating. Graveside services will be private.
Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.

Mrs. Jones was born in Wylie. She graduated from Elkins High School and West
Texas State Teachers College. She was a charter member of Westminster
Presbyterian Church and a member of Sarah Bowen Circle. She was a kind and
gentle soul who was loved by many people, and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Wayne Jones.

Survivors include two sisters, Mary Frances Crow of Palm Desert, Calif., and
Lynette Lasater of Odessa; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and
great-nephews.

The family suggests memorials be to the Presbyterian Children's Home, 3400 S.
Bowie St., Amarillo, TX 79109.

The family will receive friends at 3528 Timber.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ida Mae Sinclair

Ida Mae Sinclair, 89, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Llano Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with
Charlie Cox officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery East by Cox-LaGrone
Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Ida was born June 12, 1917, in Hemphill County. She was one that enjoyed life,
and is now spending eternity with her heavenly father.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Sinclair; two brothers; and
five sisters.

Survivors left to cherish her memories are two sons, Gary Fulencheck of Irving
and David Fulencheck and wife Angie of Goliad; a daughter, Donna Kitchen and
husband Robert of Victoria; a brother, William Strawbridge of Hemphill County;
a sister, Eunice Feay of Canyon; three grandchildren; three great-
grandchildren; and her dear friend, Thelma Cordova.

John O. Washman

John O. Washman, 91, of Amarillo died Monday, Nov. 6, 2006.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Christian Heritage Church with
the Rev. Gary Burd officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral
Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

John was born April 24, 1915, in Blackwell. He owned and operated his own
farm.

He was preceded in death by two daughters and two grandchildren.

Survivors include four Vietnam veteran sons, James Washman of Amarillo, Thomas
Washman of Pacifica, Mo., Gaylord Washman of Bowling Green, Mo., and Charlie
Washman of Albuquerque, N.M.; a daughter, Ida May Hamilton of Caballo, N.M.;
28 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.

Glendora Gilbreth

PANHANDLE - Glendora Gilbreth, 81, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006, in Pampa.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Quail Cemetery in Quail with
the Rev. Bill Fuller, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.
Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.

Mrs. Gilbreth was born Nov. 25, 1924, in Mansfield. She graduated from Quail
High School. She married W. P. Gilbreth on Oct. 3, 1942, in Collingsworth
County, and he preceded her in death in 1996.

Survivors include three sons, Jimmy Don Gilbreth and wife Corena of Panhandle,
Johnny Gilbreth and wife Cindy of Amarillo and Jacky Dale Gilbreth of
Washburn; a daughter, Dianne Slaughter and husband Tommy of Washburn; seven
grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to the Quail Cemetery Association, P.O. Box

O.W. Hileman

PANHANDLE - O.W. Hileman, 95, died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2006, in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Panhandle Cemetery with the
Rev. Shayne Raulston, pastor of First Christian Church in Panhandle,
officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of
Panhandle.

Mr. Hileman was born Jan. 27, 1912, in Helotes, and served in the U.S. Navy.
He was a craftperson for Pantex, retiring in 1977.

Survivors include a son, Edgar G. "Beau" Hileman of Panhandle; a sister, Jean
Sammons of San Antonio; two grandsons; and four stepgrandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to the Thomas E. Creek Department of Veterans
Affairs Health Care System, 6010 W. Amarillo Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106.

Robert "Red" Perkins Sr.

HIGGINS - Robert "Red" Perkins Sr., 68, died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2006, in Enid,
Okla.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church in Higgins with the
Rev. Clifford Baze officiating. Burial will be in Higgins Cemetery by Hughs
Funeral Home of Canadian.

Mr. Perkins was born Dec. 7, 1937, in Cincinnati, Iowa, to the late Homer
Perkins and Leeona Vincent Perkins. He attended grammar school in Mendota,
Mo., and graduated from high school in Unionville, Mo. He was a veteran of the
U.S. Army. He married Doris Wheeler on July 25, 1959, in First Baptist Church
in Unionville.

Red worked for Baker & Taylor as a tool pusher. He then went on to become an
independent drilling consultant. They moved to Higgins in 1974 from Spearman.
In 1975 he built and created his own enterprise named Perk's.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Perkins; a son, Robert Lee Perkins Jr. and
wife Robin of Oklahoma City; two daughters, Deborah Jone Perkins of Higgins
and Penny Lou Hughart and husband Jeff of El Reno, Okla.; 13 grandchildren;
and six great-grandchildren.

Eloise M. Cosca

MULESHOE - Eloise M. Cosca, 83, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Groom Cemetery in Groom.
Arrangements are by Ellis Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cosca formerly lived in Bovina and Friona, and moved to Muleshoe in 2003
from Bulverde. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Bill Liles of Muleshoe; a sister, Cumilla Barber of
Dallas; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Carroll "C.T." Truett Thames

HEREFORD - Carroll "C.T." Truett Thames, 81, died Monday, Nov. 6, 2006.

Celebration of life services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Parkside Chapel
Funeral Home. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery with military honors by the
Hereford High School JROTC unit.

Mr. Thames was born June 8, 1925, in Plainview, the son of Artie and Barney
Thames Sr. He was a veteran, having served honorably in the Navy during World
War II. Upon his discharge, Mr. Thames married RosaLee Waddell on Nov. 27,
1946, in Hereford. Mr. Thames retired after 21 years of service with the
American National Insurance Co.

He was preceded in death by his wife and three brothers.

Survivors include a son, Gary Thames and wife Tracey of Taylor, Mich.; two
daughters, Linda Williams and husband Richard of Hereford and Cathy Thames of
Dimmitt; his mother-in-law, Catharine Moore Enfield of Hereford; and six
grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to a charity of choice.

Richard Wilson

BORGER - Richard Wilson, 82, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006, in Oklahoma City.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Highland Cemetery in Oilton,
Okla. Arrangements are by Matthews Funeral Home of Edmond, Okla.

Mr. Wilson was born Jan. 29, 1924, in Oilton to Richard and Gladys Wilson.
Richard served in the Army during World War II before coming back to work for
Phillips Petroleum in Borger from 1947 to 1962. After leaving Phillips, he
opened Wilson 66, a service station in Borger, which he ran until retirement
in 1989. Richard was also a member of Franklin Street Church of Christ in
Borger.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Leroy, Bill and
Pauline.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Hess Wilson; three sons, Rick Wilson and
wife Janet of Twin Falls, Idaho, Jimmy Wilson of McKinney and Tom Hess of
Amarillo; two daughters, Sheila Howard and husband Steve of Amarillo and Kathy
England and husband Byron of Edmond; grandchildren include Rickie and Kellie
Wilson, Jared Sherman, Monica Wilson, Casey, Matt and Ryan England and Kelsi
Hess; three great-grandchildren, and his faithful companion, Sassie.

HUBBARD - Mamie J. Hays, 98, formerly of Borger, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006.

Mrs. Hays was born Sept. 7, 1908, in Shooter, La. She was a homemaker and a
Baptist.

Survivors include two grandchildren.

Christopher Scott Bailey

RICHARDSON - Christopher Scott Bailey, 27, died Monday, Nov. 6, 2006, in
Dallas.

Memorial services to honor his life will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Coulter Road
Baptist Church in Amarillo with Dr. Larry Payne officiating. Arrangements are
by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St., in Amarillo.

Chris was born Sept. 4, 1979, in Amarillo to Debbie and Rodney Bailey. He
graduated with honors from Amarillo High School, where he played varsity
football.

Chris graduated from Blinn College in May 2005 with a nursing degree. He
worked in the cardio/pulmonary ICU at Parkland Hospital in Dallas and attended
UT at Dallas.

Chris was a member of Coulter Road Baptist Church, where he accepted Jesus as
his Lord and Savior.

Chris loved his friends, his family, the New England Patriots, writing and
learning.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Floyd Callaway and Newton
Bailey.

Survivors include his mother, Debbie Bailey of Amarillo; his father, Rodney
Bailey and wife Sandra of College Station; a brother, Jeff Bailey of Caldwell;
his grandmothers, Emma Callaway of Amarillo and Faye Bailey of Corsicana; his
aunts and uncles, Darlene and Rick Downs of Childress, Terry and Michelle
Bailey of Amarillo and Paula Tarrant of Dallas; and numerous great-aunts,
great-uncles and cousins.

Mrs. Graham was born in Amarillo, and had lived in San Antonio for the past 27
years.
