Now comes Orra L. Morehead, resident of Republic county, Kansas and shows to the
court that Charles Dwight Morehead, boy and minor about 6 years of age and
living in Republic County, Kansas.

That minor is entitled to an estate consisting of undivided interest in real 
estate in Jones County valued at $400.00. The mother of said minor is dead
and your applicant is said minor's father and is guardian of the minor.

Your applicant is a resident of Republic County, Kansas and was appointed
guardian on 19 January 1926 by the Court of Republic County, Kansas.
