The State of Texas,	}	In Probate Court, Bell County, Dec. Term, 1909
   County of Bell        }	In Re estate of J. R. Harrell, Deceased.

To the Honorable Probate Court of Bell County, Texas;

	Your petitioner, W. F. Douthitt, shows unto Your Honor that J. R. Harrell departed this life 
on the 22 day of October, A. D. 1909, with real and personal property situated in Bell County, Texas, of the estimated value of Five Thousand Dollars.
	Petitioner shows that the said J. R. Harrell, deceased, resided at the time of his death in 
Bell County, in the State of Texas, and that the said J. R. Harrell, deceased, left his last will and testament, which so far as petitioner is informed, is properly executed.  That your petitioner, who resides in Bell County, State of Texas, was named as executor of said will without bond, and that he is not disqualified from receiving letters testamentary.
	Wherefore he prays that notice of this application be given by citation as provided by law, 
and that said will be probated and letters of testamentary issue to him, and as in duty bound will ever pray, etc.
