Latrobe Bulletin, Adams Memorial Library Microfilm 5/31/1955
Mrs. Margaret Marie (Marks) Lentz, 47, Latrobe R.D. 1, died 8:30 a.m. Monday at the
Latrobe hospital. The deceased, the daughter of Calvin and Mary Hughes Marks, was a
member of the St. James Lutheran Church, Youngstown. Besides her mother, she is
survived by her husband, Russell T. Lentz; 5 sons and 1 daughter, Gerald, Baggaley;
Norman, Frederick, Wayne, Miriam, all at home; Kenneth, serving with the U.S.Navy at
Charleston, South Carolina; 1 grandson, Thomas; 2 brothers and 3 sisters, George
Marks, Oliver Marks, Mrs. Robert (Daisy) Gibson, Mrs. Walter (Estella) Forsha, all
of Latrobe, R.D.1; Mrs. William (Nina) King, Latrobe R.D.4. Friends may call from 10
a.m to 10 p.m. daily at the R.W. Dell Home for Funerals until Thursday when services
will be held there 2 p.m. with her pastor, Rev. Bruce R. Shaffer, officiating.
Interment will follow in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Youngstown. (Obit: 5/31/1955)
