  SPERRY
  
    Robert R. "Pecks" Sperry, 81, Elizabeth formerly of Meyersdale died
  March 29, 1996 in Jefferson Hospital, West Mifflin.  Born Oct. 6, 1914
  in Meyersdale.  A son of the late Henry C. and Josephine (Bollinger)
  Sperry.  Preceded in death by his wife, the former Dorothea Louise
  Wenzel, and three brothers: Charles, James and George.  Survived by
  three sons; Charles D., Elizabeth; Neil A. MacClenny, Fla., and James
  R. Bloomsburg.  Also three grandchildren and two sisters: Elizabeth
  Porter, Cumberland, Md., and Mary Ann Abare, Meyersdale.  Veteran
  U.S. Navy WW II.  Member of VFW Post 1411, Cumberland, and the
  Allegany Beagle Club of Cumberland.  Retired from PPG Cumberland. 
  Friends were received Sunday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale,
  where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today with Pastor Robert
  Robertson officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
