  KORNS
  
  Dr. Miller J. Korns, 67, West Union Street, Somerset died Feb. 11,
  1981, at his residence.  Born May 14, 1913, in Sipesville, son of the
  late Charles B. and Bessie (Miller) Korns.  Preceded in death by
  parents and one brother, Dr. C. B. Korns Jr.  Survived by wife, Helen
  (Bittner) Korns; three children, Mrs. Judith Bednarz, Johnstown;
  Charles B. Korns III, Gaithersburg, Md; and Jacalyn Mason,
  Davidsville; and three grandchildren, Nicole and Roxanne Bednarz, and
  Christopher Mason.  Member of Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church. 
  Veteran of World War II having served as a Medical Officer in U.S.
  Navy.  Also served as a physician and surgeon on the staff of the
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Member of the Somerset County,
  Pennsylvania, and American Medical Associations.  Member of Somerset
  Lodge No. 358 F. and A.M.  Friends are being received in the Robert
  H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m.
  in the Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church, the Rev. Robert R. Clark
  officiating.  Interment, Church Cemetery.  Body will lie in state in
  the church from 1 p.m. until the hour of service.  In lieu of
  flowers, memorials may be made to Casebeer Church Memorial Fund.
