  HOOVER, Robert Ray Sr.  03/16/05  Daily American
  
  Robert Ray Hoover Sr., 63, Hiram Township, died March 14, 2005, at Cleveland
  Clinic Hospital following a period of failing health. Born Oct. 28, 1941, in
  Markleton, a son of Loyal and Eva (Ohler) Hoover. Formerly of Warren, Ohio, Mr.
  Hoover was a resident of the Hiram area since 1995. Preceded in death by his
  daughter, Sheila Judy in 2000 and brother David Hoover in 1991. He is survived
  by parents; wife, Gretta (Hamburgh) Hoover whom he married Aug. 20, 1975; sons,
  Henry (Susan) Hoover and Robert R. Hoover Jr., both of Hiram; daughters, Lisa
  (Bob) Winkler, Rootstown; Adrienne (David) McCutcheon, Florida; and Jennifer
  (Brian) Sabol, Akron; sister, Patricia (Tim) Foreman; brother, Allen (Holly)
  Hoover, Warren; and 10 grandchildren. He was employed in the material
  department of Lordstown General Motors, retiring after 25 years of service. A
  U.S. Army veteran, he was a member of American Legion Post 193 in Mantua. Bob's
  special enjoyments were spending time with his family and friends. No calling
  hours will be held. A private funeral service will be held at the Green Family
  Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, Ohio. The Rev. Father James Lang,
  St. Michael's Catholic Church, Windham, officiating. Final resting place will
  follow at Hillside Cemetery in Mantua with military honors.
