  William B. Flick, 78, of Sipesville died Feb. 11, 1978 in the Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Feb. 25, 1899, in Somerset County, a son of the
  late Jacob H. and Sophia (Marshall) Flick.  Preceded in death by parents;
  two brothers, Richard P. and George J.; and one sister, Marion Grace
  Flick.  Also preceded in death by his wife, Olive (Miller) Flick.  Survived
  by these brothers and sisters:  Jacob H. of Akron, Ohio; Nellie G., wife of
  Espy D. Clark of Somerset RD 7; and Miss Bessie M. of Somerset RD 1; also
  nine nieces and nephews.  Life long member of Christ Casebeer Lutheran
  Church; member and past chief of Sipesville Volunteer Fire Department;
  Somerset Lodge 358 F&AM, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, New Castle
  Consistory; also a licensed funeral director in the state of Pennsylvania;
  retired UMWA coal miner; and for many years was manager of Sipesville Water
  Company.  Friends are being received in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home
  where Somerset Masonic Lodge 358 will conduct memorial services at 7:30 p.m.
  Monday.  Funeral services Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in Christ Casebeer Lutheran
  Church with the Rev. Robert R. Clark officiating.  Interment, Sipesville
  Cemetery.  The body will lie in state in the church one hour before service.
