  BOYER
  
    Robert E. Boyer, 69, Thomasdale, Hollsopple RD 2, died July 20,
  1990, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born March 30,
  1921, in Conemaugh Township, Somerset County, son of Joseph E. and
  Stella K. (Eppley) Boyer.  Preceded in death by father who died Dec.
  4, 1980, also infant sister, and brother.  Survived by mother,
  Hollsopple RD 2, wife, former Lillian R. Long, children; Robert,
  married to the former Sharon Clifford, Gary, Ind.; Bernice, wife of
  Lloyd Sarver, Hollsopple RD 2, and Janice, wife of Robert Burns,
  Monroeville, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.  Member of
  Emmanuel Baptist Church, Richland Township, and Jolly 60's Chorus of
  the Church, also member of D.A.V., Keystone Nite Club, and U.S.W.A. 
  Retired employee of former Johnstown Works U.S. Steel with 41 years
  service, Army Veteran of W.W. II.  Friends received 7-9 p.m. Saturday
  and noon to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home,
  Main St., Boswell.  Service at 11 a.m. Monday at Emmanuel Baptist
  Church where viewing will also be held from 10 a.m. until time of
  service, Pastor Ray Streets.  Interment, Richland Cemetery. 
  Memorials to Emmanuel Baptist Church, 425 Luther Road, Johnstown
  would be appreciated.
