  Ferne S. Saylor 
   
  Ferne S. Saylor LEBANON Ferne S. Saylor, 91, died Tuesday, March 2, 2010, in 
  the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Robert R. Saylor, who 
  died in 1989. They were married on November 5, 1938, in St. Paul's Reformed 
  Church, Somerset. Born in Somerset, on January 28, 1919, she was the daughter 
  of the late Homer and Ruth Barron Bowman. She was an office worker for New 
  Cumberland Army Depot retiring in 1979. She was a 1936 graduate of Somerset 
  High School, a member of Salem Lutheran Church, Lebanon, the National 
  Association of Federal Employees, and the AARP. Surviving are two daughters, 
  Sandra Lee, wife of Wayne Miller, with whom she lived, and Carole Jean, wife of 
  Robert Jamieson of Etters; three grandchildren, Tracy, wife of Doug Shirk, 
  Lebanon, Wendy, wife of Carl Lingle, Palmyra, and Scott Krause, husband of 
  Donna, Clermont, Fla.; three great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Beachler, Lebanon, 
  Kerri, wife of Thomas Price, Ebenezer, and Katie Krause; one great-great-
  grandchild, Sarah Price, Ebenezer; four step-grandchildren, Susan, wife of 
  Maynard Bertolet, Mechanicsburg, Karen, wife of Patrick Mac Adam of 
  Mechanicsburg, Nichole, wife of Russell Wallace, Jonestown, Heidi, wife of 
  Timothy Arnich, Fredericksburg; and seven step great-grandchildren, Aaron 
  Bertolet, Colleen and Liam Mac Adam, Hunter, Ellie, Addison Wallace, and 
  Arabelle Arnich. She was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Bowman; and two 
  sisters, Lena Grove and Norma Burgess. Funeral services will be held on Friday 
  at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., 
  Annville. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be held 
  on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
