  Yeich, Earl Stanley "Sir"   
   
  Earl Stanley Yeich "Sir" Surrounded by his loving family, Earl S. Yeich, 77, of 
  337 Acorn Circle, Lebanon, Pa., crossed over to a better life December 28, 
  2008, at Lebanon's Good Samaritan Hospital. The son of the late Raymond Yeich 
  and Luella Shirk Fidler, Earl was born May 26, 1931, in Hershey, Pa. He was a 
  former United States Marine Sergeant, who served during the Korean Conflict. 
  Earl was a skillful mechanic, who retired from O'Sullivan Corp., Lebanon, Pa. 
  His retirement years were spent golfing, traveling abroad to many European 
  countries, and relaxing on the family couch with his best buddy, Spike. Earl is 
  survived by his wife of 34 years, Martha Jean Killian Yeich; his brother, 
  Ronald Yeich, husband of Yvonne of Lebanon, Pa.; his sons, Steve I. Yeich, 
  husband of Shelly of Folsom, La., and Lt. Timothy L. Yeich, husband of Jamie of 
  Virginia Beach, Va.; daughters Kim Marie, wife of Shawn R. Hartzell of Lebanon, 
  Pa., Peggy, wife of David Gasper, and Wanda, wife of Douglas Hixon, both of 
  Palmyra, Pa. Earl's nine grandchildren include Samuel and Seth Hartzell, Riley, 
  Caitlin, Spencer, and Matthew Yeich, Michael Umberger, Dannie Barley, Tara 
  Hixon; and one great-grandchild, Laura Barley. He was preceded in death by his 
  son, Raymond. At Earl's request, there will be no services conducted. Donations 
  may be sent to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Road, 
  Myerstown, PA 17067. Earl made many beautiful memories for his friends and 
  family, and he will be in our hearts forever. Sleep Well, My Sir.
