ROSIE (RIPLEY) LOWER

Wife of Frank A. Lower of Roaring Spring, died yesterday while visiting 
a daughter, Mrs. Marie Smith, in Minneapolis, Minn. She was born at New 
Enterprise R.D., in 1884, a daughter of David and Annie (Blackburn) 
Ripley, and married Mr. Lower on June 18, 1903. Surviving are her 
husband, three children, Marion R., Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Margaret L. 
Wagner, and one grandchild. She was a member of the Barley Lutheran 
Church, Bakers Summit, of the Women's Auxiliary to the P.O.S. of A. and 
Odd Fellows. Friends will be received at the Miller Funeral Home, 
Martinsburg, after 7 p.m. tomorrow.
